We have over ten years experience photographing all types of properties including mansions, equestrian, historic and modern houses, and designer apartments - so we are well placed to photograph yours. Our bespoke service is aimed at vendors looking for a level of photography not normally provided by estate agents, property developers, landlords and owners of holiday lets. Please note that we cannot accept any further enquiries from estate agents or agencies.

Based in Wivenhoe, just outside Colchester, Broadhouse Media is ideally situated to cover the North Essex and South Suffolk area.

A comprehensive service can be provided and, as well as traditional interior and exterior photography, elevated photography, twilight photography lifestyle photography, photography using a drone (UAV), copywriting, floor plans, site plans, and brochure design are all services offered.

The focus is on achieving high quality images of a property which can be used online and in print to raise the property’s profile.

Our photography will enhance a property’s appeal

A typical property shoot will take 2½ hours. Time will be spent styling and preparing a home to make it look its best. This will typically include basic decluttering as well as tidying and moving small furniture and other items around to get the best shot of each room.

As well as traditional photography we can also combine this with twilight photo shoots, 360º virtual tours, elevated and drone photography. All of this adds up to one of the most comprehensive services currently available.
